Provide a copy of:
- Photo ID
- Copy of SSN
- Copy of last two months paystubs
- Combined household income 3 times the rent
- NO EVICTIONS
- No Bankruptcy within the last 3 years (must be discharged)
- Good landlord references
- 625 MINIMUM credit score
