Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing a comprehensive and thorough rental application process that will help you find the perfect match for your property
We understand that every landlord and tenant has different needs and preferences, so we will work with you to establish a rental application criteria that suits your needs. We want to help you achieve your goals and make the rental process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Provide a copy of:
- Photo ID
- Copy of SSN
- Copy of last two months paystubs
- Last two bank statements
Qualifications:
- Combined household income 2.5 times the rent
- NO EVICTIONS , may consider 5+ years old if rental history within the last 3 years has been perfect
- No Bankruptcy within the last 3 years (must be discharged)
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable good rental or homeownership history
- 600 MINIMUM credit score – See below Requirements.
Applications must be submitted to Lodestar Properties, Inc. We do not accept Zillow or outside vendor applications. A pre-qualified application can be applied towards a Lodestar Properties Inc. unit, within your qualifying rental range, for up to 30 days.
Requirements:
- For Properties renting monthly at $3000 or higher, a 700+ credit score required – conditional approval for 699-651 scores.
- For properties renting monthly at $2,001 to $2999, a 650+ credit score required – conditional approval for 649-601 scores.
- For properties renting monthly at $2,000 or less, a 600+ credit score is required – conditional approval for 599-560 scores.
Under a 560 credit score is automatic denial.
Completed Application: Individual and group applications are considered a Complete Application(s) when the following have been received by Lodestar Properties, Inc. from ALL applicants:
